Korea's celebrated designers preview their 2010 collections to U.S. retail buyers at the annual Fashion Market Day at the Affinia Manhattan Hotel, 371 Seventh Avenue, New York City on November 4-5, 2009. The two day free event will host a fashion show, and individual designer showrooms for buyers to meet and preview the collections.

New York Fashion Market Day organized by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) and Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association (KWEA) in conjunction with the Korea Federation of Design Association (KFDA) will showcase nine (9) designers; all of whom are members and board members of the KFDA. The designers will be unveiling their 2010 collections to the U.S. apparel market. The two day event will be showcasing cutting edge women's fashion from contemporary to couture, and petite to plus size designs.

New York Fashion Market Day is an annual trade event to highlight leading Korean fashion and trends from established Asian designers. The event showcases Korean designs, and capabilities in manufacturing for outsourcing, and focuses on the globalization of fashion. It is a valuable buying opportunity for trade affiliates to network and enjoy the best that Korea has to offer in the world of fashion and outsourcing.
